thinly slice japanese cucumber, add salt, and set aside
thinly peel carrots and slice avocado
squeeze water out of cucumbers and mix with mizkan sushi seasoning (or use this recipe)
serve poke and toppings over rice

cook shrimp on medium high heat with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
