Recipes
Egg white omelette
finely chop shallot, shred white cheddar and mozzarella
saute shallots over medium heat, add spinach until wilted, remove from pan
pour egg whites into pan. once almost cooked through, add shallot mixture and cheese
carefully flip!
Sheet pan salmon and veggies
season salmon, carrots, and radish with olive oil, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning
roast everything at 425 for 20-25 minutes
serve with soy sauce and rice
Salmon Rice Bowl
mix leftover salmon, rice, soy sauce, sriracha, kewpie mayo
eat with avocado, roasted seaweed, and takuan pickles
Lemon Curd
I got this recipe from the farmstand owner where I bought the lemons! The farm (Prevedelli Farms) sends out a newsletter that featured this recipe, he told me I had to try it with all the meyer lemons I bought - it was so easy and SO good!
