Poke bowl
peel carrots and cucumber into strips and marinate in sushi seasoning while rice cooks. place poke, carrots, cucumber, and pickled ginger over rice. top with sesame seeds and kewpie mayo

Baked sea bass
roast purple potatoes and sungold tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon, and rosemary at 400 for 1 hour. when 20 minutes remain, add salted sea bass on top and bake until cooked through. top with lemon juice and fresh parsley

Tomato toast
toast sourdough and top with cream cheese and a huge slice of salted heirloom tomato. top with everything seasoning
Prosciutto cantaloupe
slice cantaloupe and wrap each slice in prosciutto

Tomato mozzarella cucumber salad
slice sungold tomatoes in half, slice a cucumber into quarters and mix together with mozzarella balls, olive oil, flaky salt, and balsamic vinegar
Spaghetti Limone
my favorite dish from Lil’ Frankie’s restaurant in New York, so I had to use the recipe from Frank himself!

Thursday
Grilled chicken and veggies
Eyeball a marinade for the chicken. Slice summer squash, fennel, spring onion, and bell peppers, and season with salt pepper and olive oil. Grill the chicken first and then the veggies while the chicken rests!

Watermelon and lime
cut watermelon into bite sized pieces and top with freshly squeezed lime and tajin! mine was a version from oaktown spice shop
