poke salad
dress arugula and thinly sliced cucumber with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper
top with poke and sesame seeds
Dinner
tuna lettuce burgers
sear tuna burgers on a medium-high heat pan for 3-4 mins per side
plate on crunchy butter lettuce leaves
top with kewpie mayo and fresh squeezed lemon wedge
calbee onion rings on the side

asian pear
protein smoothie with chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, and oat milk
Lunch
avo toast with egg and turkey
mash avocado with salt, rinse strawberries
warm turkey slices on an oiled pan, then cook two eggs
toast sourdough bread and top with avocado, turkey, and eggs
serve with strawberries
Dinner
halibut and curry roasted cauliflower
season cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and curry powder
roast at 425 for 30 mins
season halibut with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, italian seasoning, garlic and shallots
place in oven to roast for the last 12-15 mins
serve with arugula and fresh lemon
Mint Tea
place fresh mint leaves in a mug, rinse with water
steep in boiling water

roast at 425 for 20 mins
serve with rice, fresh radishes, a drizzle of olive oil, and furikake

scrambled eggs and toast
saute shallots and spinach in a pan with olive oil and butter, add scrambled eggs
toast sourdough and spread with butter and jam
Dinner
sausage and cauliflower steaks
rub japanese sweet potatoes with oil, pierce with a fork, and roast at 425 for 1 hr
add mild italian sausage and cauliflower steaks to second sheet pan
coat sausage with olive oil
season cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
roast for the remaining 25-30 mins
serve with butter

kale chips
season dry kale with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder
space out on a sheet pan
roast at 300 for 10 mins, then rotate pan
roast for another 5-10 mins until crispy
Dinner
pasta with meat sauce
saute shallots on a pan with olive oil
add ground beef, salt and pepper
pour in one jar of rao’s tomato basil sauce, mix
boil pasta according to packaging, add to meat sauce
serve with freshly grated parmesan

What type of rice do you get? I live in nyc and the brands are different. Would you be able to add the type of rice. I know you mentioned you were doing a recent mix of brown and white rice. Thank you in advance!
