Breakfast
ham & cheese and “the rebel within” pastries from craftsman & wolves bakery
Lunch
poke bowl
thinly slice japanese cucumber, add salt, and set aside
thinly peel carrots and slice avocado
squeeze water out of cucumbers and mix with mizkan sushi seasoning (or use this recipe)
serve poke and toppings over rice
Dinner
clam pasta with friends (I will be making this again and filming it!)

Dinner
sheet pan salmon and broccoli
mix garlic, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper in small bowl and rub over salmon
season one fillet of salmon with just salt and butter (for leftovers!)
season broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika
roast together on sheet pan at 425 for 20-25 minutes
eat with rice and furikake

mini peach pies
peach pie filling
crumble topping
fill frozen mini pie shells with peach filling, top with crumble topping, and bake at 400 for 50 minutes

Breakfast
cream cheese, avocado, and scrambled egg on sourdough
top with sriracha and everything but the bagel seasoning
Lunch
salmon rice bowls
mix leftover salmon, rice, soy sauce, sriracha, kewpie mayo
eat with roasted seaweed, avocado, and kimchi
Dinner
chicken vegetable soup
sautee bell peppers, onions, and carrots in large pot and salt to taste
add chicken breast, bone broth, water, garlic, and rosemary
bring to a boil, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 30 mins
remove and shred chicken, then add shredded chicken back in, along with bok choy, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper
Dessert
leftover mini peach pie
reheat peach pie in toaster oven at 300 for 30 mins
