Ginger turmeric shots
Peel and slice ginger, turmeric, oranges, and lemons. Blend with water and black pepper. Strain and pour into individual glasses - I use these tiny weck jars!
Potato leek soup
Peel and slice potatoes and leeks. Melt butter on medium heat, then add the leeks and minced garlic. Once softened, add the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and a bay leaf. Pour chicken broth until the potatoes are just covered, then simmer for 30 mins or until potatoes are soft. Remove the bay leaf then blend until smooth but still textured.
Kefir chia pudding
Mix kefir and chia seeds together - about 1 cup of kefir and 3-4 tablespoons of chia. Let sit overnight!
Miso ginger pork
I roughly followed this recipe, but added purple cabbage and used thinly sliced pork.
Solo lunch date
This was at the Restoration Hardware Rooftop restaurant in Marin!
Okonomiyaki
Cook according to instructions on the back of okonomiyaki flour! So good!
Taiyaki
I get frozen taiyaki from Nijiya and heat it up in the toaster oven at 300 degrees!
Where is the tuna recipe please?
does anyone know the size jars for chia pudding?:)
