Frozen strawberries
strawberries are in season so I bought a flat at my farmer’s market! to freeze just cut them in half and lay out in one layer on a lined cutting board. transfer them into tupperware once frozen so they don’t clump together.

Croutons
cut sourdough into 1 inch cubes. mix together olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan. brush on until evenly coated, then bake at 350 for 12-15 mins until golden!
Caesar salad
toss chopped romaine with homemade dressing. top with freshly grated parmesan and croutons!
Baked sea bass
marinate sea bass in chopped olives, dill, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper while oven is preheating to 400. quarter beets and fennel and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper in a roasting pan. bake for 30 mins, then add the sea bass and bake for another 20 mins. serve with fresh herbs.

Soba noodle salad
spiralize zucchini and cabbage, and thinly slice sugar snap peas, green onions, and tofu. mix sesame oil, chili crunch, honey, soy sauce, avocado oil, and rice vinegar for a dressing. boil soba noodles and rinse well with cold water. mix with veggies and dressing and top with tofu.

Herb butter
finely chop fresh oregano, sage, rosemary, parsley, and garlic. mix into softened butter. form into a log using wax paper, then cool in the fridge. once cool, slice into discs and store in the freezer with wax paper in between each disc.
Filet mignon
slice fingerling potatoes in half and coat with olive oil, herb butter, salt, pepper, and extra herbs. bake at 400 for 45 mins. about halfway through baking, heat up the grill and prep the steaks with salt and pepper. grill filet mignon for about 6 mins per side and immediately top with herb butter. serve with potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Figs and cottage cheese
toast sourdough and top with cottage cheese, sliced figs, and honey. so good!
Raw salad
use a mandolin to thinly slice cucumber, radish, turnip, and spring onion. mix together with chopped dill, cilantro, greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Protein smoothie
my go-to smoothie after workouts - half a frozen banana, a large handful of frozen strawberries, a scoop of protein powder, a scoop of rolled oats, a spoonful of peanut butter, and water.
